Our Story
Connor and Lanie grew up just down the street from each other, riding the same school bus, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2018 that their story truly began. After reconnecting at the neighborhood pool, a few texts turned into endless conversations and lasting friendship. Connor asked Lanie to be his girlfriend on September 18, 2018, after a date in his red Corvette, Roxxanne.
Years of long distance followed as Connor played football at Cornell and Lanie cheered at USF while pursuing nursing, but their love only grew stronger through trusting the Lord and countless airport reunions. On June 30, 2025, during a family vacation, Connor proposed to Lanie on the beach.
Now, they can’t wait to begin their forever on June 7, 2026—grateful for a love built on laughter, faith, and the beautiful story that started right at home.
