To ensure a smooth arrival, please plan ahead and consider the following options: - Carpool with friends or family - Use a rideshare service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) - Take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service We’ve arranged a shuttle between Woodinville Community Church (17110 140th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072) and the Van Vactor Residence. - Shuttle service begins at 5:30 PM - Please park at the church and meet the shuttle near the church playground - Families with young children or guests with limited mobility may park at the residence, we have spaces reserved for you! The shuttle will run before and after the celebration to ensure everyone arrives and departs comfortably.
We recommend "summer garden attire" for our event, think polished, comfortable, and outdoor-friendly. Light fabrics, floral prints, and soft colors are perfect for the setting. Sundresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates work well for women. For men, lightweight button-downs, chinos, or linen shirts are great choices. Since we'll be outdoors, we also suggest practical footwear for walking on grass (think wedges, block heels, flats, or dress shoes without thin heels). Dressy but relaxed is the vibe - feel free to have fun with color, prints, and accessories!
