Q: What’s the dress code? A: Black tie optional/formal. An evening to celebrate love beneath the harvest moon calls for timeless elegance— tuxes, suits and ties, floor-length gowns, and your best dress shoes. Come ready to dance the night away under the autumn sky. Q: What time should I arrive? A: The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 5:00 PM to park and find your seat. Q: Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? A: Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will follow indoors. Q: Will transportation be provided? A: Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the HYATT house. Final details will be shared closer to the date. Q: Can I bring a plus-one? A: If your RSVP includes a guest, we’d love for you to bring them! If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo to help us stay within our venue’s capacity. Q: Are kids invited? A: While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be those participating in the ceremony. Q: What’s the weather like in September? A: Expect early fall weather—typically in the upper 60s to low 70s during the evening. A light jacket or shawl is a good idea for outdoor moments. Q: Where should I stay? A: We have a room block at the HYATT house (SHUTTLE ONLY FOR HYATT HOUSE) Booking details are on our “Travel” page. Q: Will there be an open bar? A: Yes! Come ready to toast and enjoy. Q: I have dietary restrictions. Will there be options for me? A: Yes! A vegetarian option will be available, and the waitstaff will check in at each table during dinner to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Q: Where can I find your registry?
