You may choose one of the following options for dinner: -Smothered Chicken Breast with bell sauteed bell peppers and mushrooms in a light Parmesan sauce -Pork Filet minion with Apple Jack Sauce -Salmon with lemon butter All entrees are served with a house salad, Julienne veggies and a twice baked potato. Please send the pre-stamped RSVP card with your dinner choice by September 20th.
