Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many hotels, condos and vacation rentals available in New Smyrna and Port Orange. We recommend checking AirBnb and VRBO. If you are seeking a more beachy-style visit, we recommend New Smyrna! It has great beach access and a cute town feel. We have a few hotels marked in the Travel section of the website. Flagler Ave. is a cute and quaint part of town that many folks are staying. Port Orange has great river-side views and is a little closer to the venue.

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

What the heck can we do if we visit early?

Answer

There's so much do in Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding area! We will be there a few days earlier and plan to welcome Gina's family to the town by touring the Daytona International Speedway, having a beach day and checking out Connor's teenage hot spots ;) All in town are welcome to join!

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will be open and the reception will be under peaked tents. Keep this in mind when choosing attire and footwear.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are immediate family, please arrive at the venue by 4 p.m. for family photos. For all other guests, please arrive by 4:30 p.m. to have ample time to park and get settled in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Elevated cocktail attire. Suits and long dresses are encouraged. Other options include cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark pants/slack, blazers, etc.
