Our Story

Once upon a very ordinary April day in 2025, something rather extraordinary happened. Connor and Evelyn Faith were introduced by Mrs. Cindy Statham, and with a small leap of faith, a “blind date of sorts” was planned at Red Owl Coffee in downtown Tifton, Georgia. What began a simple cup of coffee turned into two hours of easy laughter and delightful conversation, the kind that makes time forget to move along. From the very beginning, the Lord was gently weaving their lives together. Sunday mornings soon included sitting side by side in worship, followed by Tuesday evening Bible study where scripture sparked meaningful conversation, and daily prayer deepened their connection. Spring tiptoed by, filled with simple joys: watching Beauty and the Beast together, sharing meals at our favorite Mexican restaurants, and cooking for one another just because it was nice to do so. Before they quite realized it, Connor and Evelyn Faith were spending most evenings side by side after work and school, and life felt warmer for it. Spring quietly became summer, bringing all the charm of South Georgia - long days, Fourth of July fireworks, and beach walks. And when fall arrived, it carried with it a very special promise. Connor asked Evelyn Faith to marry him, and she said yes - of course she did. Though it was a question she had hoped for, the moment itself was a complete surprise. It’s the suddenly kind of love, lovingly planned by the Lord, and they know this is a gift. Since that day, there has been much celebrating, plenty of planning, and deep gratitude for this treasured season. As they prepare for their wedding day and the marriage beyond it, Connor and Evelyn Faith pray their lives will be filled with joy, wisdom, and favor, walking hand in hand as faithful stewards of the love entrusted to them. They look forward to growing together and continuing to share the love of Jesus with those around them. Life is full of adventure and the best is yet to come.
