Is camping available?

Answer

Yes! We are excited to offer on-site, dry camping to guests who would like to stay the night.

Do I need to reserve a camping spot?

Answer

Yes, please let us know on your RSVP if you plan to camp as there is limited spots available.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cash toonie bar during the reception. There is no ATM on site so remember to bring cash. We kindly ask that no outside alcohol is brought into the venue as we are required to follow licensing regulations. If you are camping we ask that you leave any brought alcohol at your camping spot.

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely love all of your littles! However, due to space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Everything will take place at the same venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors (weather dependant) and reception will be indoors. Ceremony will be on grass, to keep in mind when choosing footwear!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle booked to pick up guests from the Holiday Inn and Suites (Gasoline Alley) at 1:00pm before the Ceremony. There will be 2 shuttle times going back to the Holiday Inn and Suites at 10:00pm and 12:15am.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! There will be an on-site cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception that will include snacks and lawn games.
