Connor & Emily met in the modern age era of "sliding into DM's". June 2020, Emily was featured in a mutual friend's Instagram story. She caught Connor’s eye and he replied to the story saying "dibs". Soon after Connor “slid into Emily's DM's” messaging her "claws & jaws?" After a week of messaging back and forth, Connor & Emily met for the first time. They painted the town red with friends at Hennessy's (a very classy joint) in Dana Point. The couple hit it off, instantly! From that initial hangout, the couple became inseparable spending weekends getting to know each other over long late night talks while sitting on the beach at Strands. Unbeknownst to Emily, Connor knew on the 2nd date he was going to marry her. Funny thing, Emily asked Connor romantically to be her boyfriend while floating in the ocean at Strands. The couple bonded over cooking, hiking, camping, binge watching reality TV (yes, we admit it) and endless beach days. Connor and Emily have shared timeless memories traveling to Zion, Anza-Borrego Dessert, Boston, Maui, and Oakland (ehh), Virginia, San Luis Obispo.

June 2020 - We first met on Connor's driveway June 2021 - Moved in together January 2022 - Connor popped the BIG question April 2023- Our wedding day!
