Where and when is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at 4:30PM on Friday, October 11th, 2024, at Legacy Farms located at 8061 Murfreesboro Rd, Lebanon, TN 37090. Guests will be seated at 4:00PM. Cocktail hour and the wedding reception will follow the ceremony.

How will guests get to the wedding?

Answer

Signature Transportation Shuttles will be available to transport guests to the ceremony from the Mariott Renaissance Nashville Hotel at 3PM sharp. See Schedule information for hotel address. Buses will remain at the wedding venue until the end of the reception at 10:15PM, when they will return us to downtown Nashville! Guests may drive or Uber/Lyft/taxi to the venue on wedding day if desired.

Where should I stay?

Answer

For those traveling from out-of-state, we have created hotel blocks and reserved a limited number of rooms at a few hotels in the downtown Nashville area as well as one hotel near the airport. See the travel tab for more details on booking rooms in those blocks. Guests are also welcome to find their own accommodations, but we recommend staying near downtown Nashville if you intend to explore the city and socialize for the rest of the weekend after the wedding.
