Yes! The dress code is COCKTAIL attire. We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! No jeans or shorts please! Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing colours reserved for the bride and bridal party – white, ivory, cream, and pale blue. Additionally, the grass is soft so re-think stilettos. Gentlemen, we are requesting you wear a suit (no tie is required). Also, prepare for weather of about 28 degrees during the day, and 19 degrees after sunset. Welcome Drinks: Smart Casual. Wedding: Cocktail Attire. Recovery Brunch: Smart Casual.
There is limited parking available (this MUST be booked in prior). Please advise when you RSVP if you would like a parking spot reserved. Vehicles CANNOT be left overnight. There is NO street parking near the venue.
There will be a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the venue (this MUST be booked in prior). Please advise when you RSVP if you would like a bus spot reserved. Please arrive at the collection point NO LATER than 1.45pm for a 2.00pm departure. The bus will depart the venue at 10.00pm and drop you back to the collection point.
Our ceremony will officially begin at 3.00pm. We suggest arriving between 2.15pm - 2.30pm to mingle and find your seat before we say, "I DO!" If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until after. If that happens, hang tight and we will see you shortly. Yes! Onsite guest parking will be available (must be booked in advance), and the venue has ramps to accommodate wheelchairs. There will also be a golf buggy available for transport around the venue (if required).
Weddings are a very special day, and we have opted for both an intimate ceremony and reception. Only the names addressed on the invitation are formally invited to our celebration.
Our wedding is an adult only (18+) event. We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children, so that we can celebrate with you on the day. If they're in the area, we would still love to see them at the welcome drinks or recovery brunch.
The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside. In the case of bad weather, the entire event will be moved inside.
Please do not feel obliged to buy us a gift. Your presence at our wedding is all that we are expecting of you. If you would like to give something, a wishing well will be available on the day.
