Here you'll find all the need-to-know details! We decided to have a private ceremony at Sapphire Point, CO on January 2nd, 2022. We will have a reception to follow in March of 2022 to celebrate with our friends and family. We're so excited to celebrate with all of you!
Below you can read more about us individually, as well as our story together
I grew up in Stigler, Ok. Yeah, I know, you probably haven't heard of it - population 2,680. I moved away from my parents and younger brother and sister in 2018 to attend college. I have moved from Norman to Broken Arrow, and am now in Lawton, Ok. I recently graduated from CSC-ICTC as an OTA. I am extremely excited to begin my career. My hobbies and interest may seem some what predicable - seeing my family, cooking, listening to true-crime podcast, watching the bachelorette, and hanging out with my friends. I can't wait to celebrate with you!
My name is Connor Klein. I was born in Lawton, Ok, but moved to Norman, Ok where I grew up with my mom and Mickey Young. I also had the privilege of spending many summers and weekends with my Dad and Stacy J. Klein in Louisiana and California. I'm the oldest of six siblings - four of them being brothers, so as you could imagine a few fights took place all over the country. I had many careers in the oilfield industry, but recently started in property management (working on the road wasn’t a fan favorite for the future wife). When I am not working - I enjoy golfing, shooting guns, college football and spending time with my friends and younger brothers. I am very excited to meet everyone I haven't had the privilege to, and celebrate this occasion with you.
We met at campus corner in Norman, Ok. Hannah and Becka Johnson introduced us during a night out. A few days later we found each other on social media, and exchanged numbers. A week or two after that, we went on our first date. We got to know each other over dinner, and planned to look at Christmas lights after - which turned out to be a total bust, so we went back to Connor's place to hang out, and the rest is history!
After the best nine months of our lives - kinda fast, we know (but if you know, you know) - we went to OKC for a date night. We walked through Myriad Botanical Gardens. When we were right in front of the waterfall, I looked over as he got down on one knee. It was the best and easiest "YES!" I'd ever said - we were engaged! We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with all of you.
