Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue. The shuttle will begin to pick up the guests around 3:00pm at the Hilton Inn. Then the shuttle will pick up the guests from the wedding around 10:30pm and drop them off back at the hotel. The shuttle will make two trips if more guests need transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking. If you decide that you don’t want to stay at the Hilton Inn and get transportation by the shuttle, there is parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive at the ceremony at least 10-20 minutes prior to the event starting.
