Is there transportation?
Answer
Yes, we’re excited to offer complimentary shuttle transportation between Timberlake Lodge Hotel & Restaurant (which is right next to the other 2 hotel recommendations we have blocks at) and our wedding venue on Prairie Lake! To the Ceremony- First Shuttle: Departs Timberlake Lodge: 1:00 PM Arrives at Prairie Lake: 1:30 PM Second Shuttle: Arrives back at Timberlake Lodge: 2:00 PM Departs Timberlake Lodge: 2:15 PM (Final shuttle to the ceremony) Arrives at Prairie Lake: 2:45 PM The shuttle will pick up guests directly in front of the main entrance at Timberlake Lodge. Once You Arrive: After arriving at Prairie Lake, a small shuttle will be available to help transport guests from the parking area to the ceremony site. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to the venue. Parking will be available on-site, and signs will be posted to help guide you upon arrival. Returning to the Hotel- Shuttles will depart Prairie Lake and return guests to Timberlake Lodge at the following times: 9:30 PM 10:30 PM 11:30 PM (Final shuttle of the evening) Don't forget to tip our lovely drivers!

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 15th, 2026. Your timely response helps us finalize all the fun details and ensure we have everything ready to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 2:30 PM. The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM, and we’d love for everyone to be seated and ready before it begins.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire | Elevated Garden Party Celebrate with us in dressy attire that suits a summer evening outdoors. No jeans please.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Absolutely! We've reserved room blocks at Timberlake Lodge, along with its sister hotels, IM Hotels and AmericInn by Wyndham Grand Rapids. These are our top recommendations for convenience and a great stay.

Are you registered? Where?

We’ve chosen not to have a traditional gift registry. Instead, we’re inviting our guests to contribute to a fund for our future home. Your love and support mean the world to us, and any contributions are deeply appreciated.

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event (21+). We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and have some fun with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes - there will be parking alongside the road. Please keep in mind spots may fill up fast closer to the wedding location!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely — your safety and comfort are important to us! When you RSVP, you’ll find a place to let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please include those details there so we can do our best to accommodate you.
