There are multiple tours available, my suggestion would be to just explore and get lost. Indulge in the culture. If there is time, take a boat to Siquijor or Oslob from Bohol - Swim with Whale Sharks, see the monkeys or visit beautiful waterfalls. Bohol is pretty western and a little on the touristy side so there are loads of home comforts. Alona Beach is pretty touristy but below things to do will give you a taste of the Philppines.
