FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Ladies think cocktail or long dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts. Men think nice slacks, button downs, or a blazer. This is an all-outdoor wedding and we want you to feel stylish and comfortable as we celebrate together! FYI for the ladies- there is a short trek to our dinner space so stilettos may not be the best pairing with the grass!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones-we politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. Take the night off and come celebrate with us!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle to and from the Surety Hotel to the reception. There will be 2 shuttles provided departing the Surety no later than 5pm. Shuttles will begin pickups starting at 9:30. There will be another shuttle at 10:15 with the final round being at 11pm. The bride and groom plan to ride back on the final shuttle for a night cap at Mulberry Street Tavern. The more the merrier!

Question

Will the wedding reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events are going to be outdoors (weather permitting!). Plan to dress accordingly so you are comfortable and can enjoy the beautiful fall evening!

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

All appetizers and dinner will be gluten-free (the brides gotta eat too!), any other requests text the bride and groom and we will try our best to accommodate!

Question

But what about the ceremony?

Answer

We figured the most fun part of the wedding is the reception so we will be tying the knot in a private ceremony before meeting everyone at Stonehaven Barn to kick off the night!
