Complimentary shuttle buses will transport guests to and from the wedding venue. Buses will depart from the DoubleTree in Lafayette at 3:30 pm sharp, so please arrive by 3:15 pm to ensure timely departure. At the end of the evening, shuttles will return guests to the DoubleTree. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in the hotel's parking lot. We'll update this section with any changes to transportation arrangements. If driving to the venue, guests can park on either side of John D Hebert Dr or Rookery Rd. Please drive responsibly ☺️ If needed, guests can take the bus back to Lafayette at the end of the night and retrieve their vehicles the next day. All guests should arrive at the venue by 4:00pm.

Lake Martin Swamp Tour Details Cajun Country Swamp Tour 1209 Rookery Rd Breaux Bridge, LA 70517 Join us for an unforgettable swamp tour on Lake Martin! A few helpful tips to ensure your comfort: please use the restroom before arriving, as facilities are not available on-site. We recommend bringing sun protection, water, and your favorite beverage to enjoy during the excursion. Following the tour, we'll gather for a casual lunch at Maison Madeleine, just a short walk from the swamp tour location. We kindly request carpooling or ride-sharing. After the lunch, two vans accommodating 28 guests will depart Maison Madeleine at 3:30pm and return to the DoubleTree in Lafayette. Given the limited space, we encourage guests to plan their return transportation in advance if needed. If driving, feel free to leave to your next destination whenever you are full and happy. Designated drivers willing to help transport additional guests back to Lafayette would be especially appreciated!
