How Do I RSVP?

Answer

There are many ways you can reach us! You may call or text us with the cell numbers listed above. This is our preferred method of communication. Please note whether you accept or decline the invitation, as well as the names of those who will be in attendance. You may also reach us through email at alycat.ajc@gmail.com or connoranbates@gmail.com. If you wish to send your RVSP via mail, our address is listed below: 11165 Veterans Pkwy, Unit 3022 Reno, NV, 89521 The latest we will accept RSVPs is 04/11/2026, as our final guest count is due 04/12/2026.

Is your ceremony/reception inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors. We will then be moving indoors for cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and dancing!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal to formal dress is recommended. If you would like to color coordinate with us, you are welcome to wear wine red and sage green, as these will be our wedding colors! April is an unpredictable month, so please be aware of weather conditions and plan to dress accordingly.

Is there adequate parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Tannenbaum event center has plenty of on site parking. Additionally, the building and lawn are handicap accessible. Please note that the venue is located up Mount Rose Highway. We ask that you drive carefully, and arrive at the event safely.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones; however, we respectfully request no children at the event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night on us!
