We're getting married!

The soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Brown met in Wichita Falls, Texas in 2019. Connor was attending pilot training, and Alx was completing her final semester of college. Who would've thought a Texan and a Yankee would make such a great match?! Our first date consisted of sharing stories over ice cream until the place closed. Little did we know, in just a years time, we would be sharing a home with our three dogs! Alx had the opportunity to support Connor as he was learning to fly the T-6 Texan in pilot training. During this time, Alx was adjusting to becoming a new elementary teacher at Sheppard AFB. After completing training, Connor became an instructor pilot for the T-38 Talon, at Sheppard AFB. We were lucky enough to both work on base, which allowed us to bring each other coffee any time we could. It was always such a sweet surprise! Our days were spent with family, friends, walking the dogs, taking trips, and day dreaming about our future. Modelo, Corona, and Yeager (Our Fur babies!) were just the crazy we needed to keep us on our toes! In December of 2023, Connor was told he would be flying the F-15E Strike Eagle, starting the following November. Leaving our family and friends in Texas was hard, but we were so excited for our new journey to North Carolina! Since relocating to the South, we have explored as much as we can. Trips to the mountains, beaches, and new cities have filled our short 9 months here. The Biltmore was the best trip of them all. This stunning estate, in Asheville, is where we committed to forever together. It was the absolute trip of a lifetime. The day was filled with wine tasting, castles, gardens, and one breath-taking engagement ring! We have grown together over the years, and have built a beautiful sense of home along the way. Our journey has just started and we can't wait to see what the future has in store for us. To the Browns!
