"Our barn is on the historical register and was a real working dairy barn up until 1971. We also reused as much of the original wood as we could. Silo bars were built from the original silo that was up by the flag, used for storing grain. The head table was built from the same silo lumber. Hayloft floor was removed and used as the first-floor wall. The desert table is the original workbench that was used in the milk room. We even reused all the original floor joists. The amazing ceiling inside the barn is the original ceiling. The rope on the cross is from the rope used on the track on the ceiling of the barn."

Yes, there is a parking lot on site. Cars can be left overnight until 9:00am the next morning. Venue rules: PARKING. On street parking is not allowed in front of The Property. Clients shall communicate to its guests that the City of Cottage Grove will ticket and tow any vehicles unlawfully parked in the City of Cottage Grove.
Yes, there will be busing from the Hamptons Inn downtown St. Paul. Bus will leave the Hotel at 3:15 pm for the venue. Bus will begin round-trip pick ups at 9:30pm (tentative timing) .
SMOKING. Clients (and their guests) are strictly prohibited from the use of flames in the historic barn or anywhere except the designated smoking area. Clients (and their guests) are strictly prohibited from smoking or vaping in any of the buildings and shall only smoke or vape in areas designated for smoking. Butts or vaping materials must be disposed of in the receptacles provided. NOT RESPONSIBLE. Company is not responsible for any personal items that are left on The Property at the end of the Rental Date. Further, Company is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or stolen on The Property. RIGHT TO CLOSE EVENT EARLY. Company, in its sole discretion, may close the Event early on the Rental Date in the event of gambling, smoking outside of the designated areas, camping, illegal drug use, vandalism, theft, fighting, or for any other reason that Company believes negatively impacts the guests, Caterer, or The Property. No refunds shall be issued if Company, in its sole discretion, closes the Event early on the Rental Date.

Yes liquor, beer, and wine is provided. Please tip the bartenders. The bar will be closed during speeches.
