Morgan Street Food Hall
If you're spending the day in Downtown Raleigh, we recommend stopping here for a bite to eat! Morgan Street Food Hall is a diverse food court filled with local food retailers. We're certain everyone will find something to eat!
Jaguar Bolera - Raleigh
A new place in Raleigh that the whole family can enjoy! They've got a whole arena for bowling, darts, karaoke, giant Jenga, etc... Not to mention the Mexican food with a southern flare! Highly recommend checking it out!
Pullen Park
Pullen Park is a great place to take a stroll without getting too far from downtown Raleigh! It is one of the oldest operating "amusement parks" in the U.S., where you can rent a pedal boat, ride a carousel, or simply attend any upcoming events.

If you're looking for a place to stop for a southern style brunch and bottomless mimosas, you have try the Flying Biscuit! Not to mention their biscuits are to die for!
ZincHouse Winery & Brewery
This winery is a great place to experience your choice of over 400 varieties of wine, local craft beers and unique selection of bourbon and cigars! It's a little far from downtown Raleigh, but worth the trip.
Howling Cow Dairy Education Center and Creamery
Enjoy some fresh local ice cream at NC State's own student run creamery. Enjoy their many options while sitting on their wrap around porch and see their cows dotting the pasture.
Sarah P. Duke Gardens
If you're looking to explore the Durham area, while taking in some beautiful scenery, we recommend visiting this expansive garden. The Duke Gardens consists of walking trails through their 55 acres of landscaped and wooded areas.
North Carolina State Fair
If you plan to stay in town for a little while after the wedding, we recommend checking out the NC State Fair, which will be in town from 10/16/2025-10/26/2025! This is run by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, so you'll be sure to find farm animals, along with your typical fair rides, fried food, and local vendors from across the state. It gets packed every year so be prepared for the crowds.
North Carolina Museum of Art
In need of a relaxing afternoon? See the stunning pieces of art both outdoors amongst walking trails and inside throughout the galleries. The museum also features educational studios and special exhibitions. You may even spot the location we took our engagement pictures at!

Dine, play and relax! Hot Shots Putt Putt has something for everyone! It's a premier 18-hole miniature golf course with refreshing beverages and food. The also have an open lawn for cornhole and benches to sit and catch up!
