This hotel is partnered with our wedding venue and a discount is given to wedding guest. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the wedding venue. Reasonably priced between $150 -$199 a night. If you are looking for easy walk to a from the venue, dipping in the outdoor pool, being in walking distance to restaurants, and having access to a free hot breakfast this is the place for you! How to Book: * Call the hotel and let them know that you are needing the Red Agave Wedding Code for the discounted rate. (You can also book with them directly over the phone, make sure to still let them know you are wanting to apply the Red Agave Wedding Code) We DO NOT have a blocked number of rooms. So, it is better to book sooner than later.

Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock

This hotel is a more expensive option as it is a resort. It is located 1.6 miles away from the venue, 6-minute car ride or a 30-minute walk. If you are looking to go to the spa, play a round of golf, dip in the pool, and enjoy an evening at the onsite restaurant this is the place for you!

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

This airport is 2 hours away from Sedona. This is a major airport that uses all airlines.

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport

This is a small airport 45 minutes away from the venue. This airport only uses American Airlines, making it more pricey then flying into Phoenix.

Travel Note

Driving from California

This is a 12 hour drive from San Jose to the venue. We would recommend flying to make travel easier, but if you would like to drive please plan for an entire dat of travel.

It is a 5 hour drive from St. George and 9 hours from Salt Lake City.

Rental Car

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

This will be needed to travel from the airport to the wedding location, if you do not have car transportation plans already lined up. It is always a good option to travel with people to reduce the cost of a rental care.

This is a shuttle service from the airport to your hotel in Sedona if you do not want to rent a car. It costs around $60 per person per ride.
