They first connected on a dating app! Kasey reached out to Connor, and after seeing a Napoleon Dynamite reference on her profile, he responded with a joke from the iconic film. An instant connection! A few days later, they went on their first date at Lakewood Truck Park. Hours (and a few Miller Lites) quickly went by and the chemistry was clear! They knew from the start that they could be their true selves with each other, while talking (and laughing!) about anything with ease.

Connor proposed to Kasey in the backyard of her parents house in Lost Lake, Michigan, with the beautiful Badger Lake in the background! It was a wonderful surprise during their annual summer trip. It was even better having Kasey’s parents, brother and dog-daughter, Lucy, there to celebrate!
