What is the dress code?
Answer
The Welcome Reception on Friday evening is casual attire. However for the Wedding on Saturday is cocktail attire. This can include cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
No - District Winery is located in the center of the Navy Yard neighborhood in Washington, DC and is an approximately six minute walk (less than 0.5 miles) from any of the hotels where we have wedding blocks. The area is very pedestrian friendly and is easily walkable. If you are local to the DMV area, the venue is also Metro accessible but there is also parking available and of course Uber/Lyft.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have hotel room blocks at two hotels, Hampton Inn & Suites - Navy Yard and Residence Inn - Navy Yard, which are walking distance to District Winery. Links for room blocks are located on the "Travel & Lodging" tab on our website. Please reserve rooms by May 23rd!

What time should I arrive at District Winery?
Answer
Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive to District Winery between 4:30pm - 4:55pm.
