Parking Information at the Beaver Creek Chapel & the Donovan Pavilion
Our guests can park for free at the Ford Hall Parking Garage for the wedding ceremony. This is a three minute walk to the Chapel. Parking at the Chapel is limited and reserved for the wedding party. There is also free parking at the Donovan Pavilion for the reception.

Town of Vail Buses
The town of Vail has an excellent and totally free bus system that our guests can utilize. From the Vail Transportation Center, you can take either the West Vail Green or West Vail Red bus to and from the Donovan Pavilion. The Vail In Town Bus will also take you all the way from Golden Peak to Lionshead. Also note that parking at Vail Village and Lionshead is free during the summer.

For our guests staying at the Grand Hyatt, there is a shuttle service that takes guests back and forth from the hotel to Vail Village and Lionshead throughout the day. Guests may request shuttle services by calling 1-970-476-1234.

Transportation from Denver to Vail
For our guests flying into Denver that are not renting a car, there is a bus that travels from Denver's Union Station to Vail. From the airport, you can take the A-Line on the train directly to Union Station. From here, you can take the Bustang straight to Vail. Bus times are available on the link provided.
