When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 19th, 2026 if possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For Men, slacks and a button down shirt (tie and jacket optional); no jeans. For Women, jumpsuit, pant suit, or cocktail dress; no shorts.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place? Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Eagle Brook Country Club. The plan is for the ceremony to be outdoors, with an indoor reception.

What time to arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue around 4:15 PM. The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking is available at the venue. No cost or fee.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but due to space restrictions we have only invited close family's children.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Coordinated transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony will not be provided.
