Vernard & Connie’s FAQ’s

We realize many questions can arise before going to a wedding, so we created this space as a means of answering some general questions. Please review before contacting the bride and groom, this is a particularly busy time. In the event that you have additional questions not listed please contact the bride and groom.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would like all guest to be comfortable. Our suggestion is for men to wear slacks and a shirt, you may wear comfortable shoes. Ladies Classy Casual.

Question

How early can I arrive to the Venue?

Answer

The earliest arrival time is 4pm.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Answer

Yes, if noted on the RSVP

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes for 4 hours of the reception.

Are masks required?

Answer

We will follow the recommendations of the CDC and highly suggest guest do the same based upon the mask requirements at time of the ceremony.

Can I bring children.

Answer

We love children, however due to size limitations, associated with COVID the wedding is small. We ask to find sitters for the wedding.

Can I bring someone?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus. Plus one indicates you and 1 additional person, plus 2 means you may bring two additional guest and 3 would be yourself and 3 additional guest and so forth.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP must be done 45 days in advance, no exceptions. We are hosting a small ceremony and need to have a count in advance to secure final numbers with the venue. If RSVP is not done in advance the invitation will no longer stand.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

We love gifts, however we are a mature couple, and cash gifts are preferred.
