Flight
We recommend that out-of-town guests fly into Tampa International Airport, as it is the closest airport to the The Westin Tampa Waterside.
Hotel
We have reserved a room block at the The Westin Tampa Waterside, where all wedding festivities will take place throughout the weekend, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Please be sure to book at the The Westin Tampa Waterside on Harbor Island, as there is another Westin hotel located in Tampa. The room block is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will unfortunately not be able to add additional rooms once the block is filled. All reservations made through the room block link must be booked by January 4, 2027.
Hotel
We have an additional room block at the Aloft Tampa Downtown for Friday, February 5th until Sunday, February 7th. The Aloft is located approximately 1.4 miles from the The Westin Tampa Waterside. Reservations must be made by January 8th.

Located less than a mile from the Westin and a great option for guests looking to use Hilton points. Additional hotel options are also available throughout downtown Tampa.
Travel Note
For out-of-town guests, rental cars are completely optional if you choose to stay at or near the Westin. Many restaurants, bars, and attractions are within walking distance, and Uber/Lyft is readily available throughout the weekend. Valet parking at the Westin is currently available for $50/day.
