Unfortunately, the rate for our room blocks have expired, but you can still directly book with hotel based on their availability. Please let us know if you are staying here and we can add you to the list for any communications.
Train
If coming from NYC, a train can be taken from Penn Station to Riverhead. It is about a 2 hour train ride and a 10 minute taxi from the train station to the hotel or the venue. Please view the link to find train times as they do not run as frequently during off-peak hours (travel before 4pm).
Travel Note
We'll be running shuttles from the hotel to the venue and vice versa. More details on exact timing to come.
Flight
If coming from Laguardia Airport, a Laguardia Link + Select Bus, located in Terminals D, C, and B can be taken to Woodside Ave/61 St (3 stops). Alternatively, an Uber or taxi can be taken to the Woodside station. From there, a train can be taken to Riverhead. Commute from the train can take up to 2+ Hours so please plan accordingly. Flight
If coming from JFK Airport, take the AirTrain shuttle to Jamaica station. From there, a train can be taken to Riverhead. Commute from the train can take up to 2+ Hours so please plan accordingly.
