If you know your status already, yay! Please RSVP as soon as you are able to confirm your attendance. We kindly ask that all RSVPs are submitted by August 15th, 2025. After that date, we may not be able to accommodate your presence due to restrictions from the venue and caterers.
We have a block at the hotel listed on our 'Travel' page! Should that accommodation not suit you, however, there are several Airbnb's surrounding Purcellville, and hotels in Charlestown, WV (~15 minutes away from Kalero).
There will be a bus service available to take out-of-town guests to and from the ceremony. The bus will be picking up guests from the Holiday Inn and returning them there at the end of the celebration. We ask that you indicate your desire to use these services on your RSVP. Guests are also welcome to drive their own cars to the venue, parking space is ample!
Cocktail attire! Our ceremony will be outdoors, and reception in an indoor/outdoor setting. Dress accordingly for the weather!
Though we love all our friends and their children, due to limited venue space, only those individuals specifically listed on your invitation will be able to join our celebration.
