It was the summer of 2018 and it was as romantic as they come, swiping right on Tinder! We talked, texted and FaceTimed for a few months while I was in Florida with family. When I came back to New York, we finally went on our first date to Hibachi and the rest is history!

On July 8th, we flew to Cabo San Lucas for a family vacation. When we arrived at the house we were staying at there was a mad scramble to figure out where the perfect location would be to ask. I had Lexi’s sisters Olivia and Brooke distract Lexi with getting ready for a “family photo” while I moved chairs around on one of the balconies overlooking the water. When it was time to take the photo I was standing on the balcony for 2 minutes which felt like an hour. Once she came out I got on one knee and popped the question. Once she said yes!
