Reservations

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort. We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, where you can also find all pertinent travel information including hotel information, reservations, and making payments on your trip. We ask that all guests have their reservations made by April 2nd, 2026. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date. All reservations are to be paid in full by July 16th, 2026. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date. We are currently holding rooms from December 3rd – 8th, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, just let our travel agents know and they’ll work with the resort to make it happen. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Roundtrip/nonstop airport transfers from CUN Airport will be covered! Just email your flight information to LovingWedding@Tripguy.com, and our travel agents will handle the rest
