Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Darling Hotel. Reservations may be made by calling 559-713-2113. Please let the front desk agent know you are reserving with the Delgado/Murray group. Rooms are limited.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than March 26, 2022. Guest counts are due to the venue and caterer by this date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue 20-15 min prior to ceremony. This also allows time to sign-in, mingle with friends and family, any bathroom breaks, and to find your seat before ceremony. We do plan to start on time should no issues arise. Late arrivals will be held at the front until after processional.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of onsite parking on property. Vehicles may also be left overnight if needed and retrieved the next day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you please dress semi formal, but comfortable enough for an outdoor wedding. Our wedding will be held on some grassy areas. For ladies, we recommend wedges or larger heels to save your stilettos! Temperature is usually pretty mild in the mid-70’s this time of year.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Uber does service out to the venue, however, you may experience delays or surge pricing due to location.

Alcohol Policies

Answer

Out of respect for our venue, we ask that you please refrain from bringing any outside alcohol to the property, including personal vehicles or flasks. An open bar will be provided for your enjoyment after the ceremony. Please drink responsibly.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

In lieu of gifts, we have opted for monetary contributions to Hugh & Elliot’s college fund or funding for our future home. These can be made on Zola or by contacting Taylor or Conner for more details. (Unless you are traveling from Oregon, then we will gladly accept Cafe Yumm Sauce.)
