Conner and Sarah met while working at Flowerland way back in high school. Sarah helped to train Conner when he was hired, and he soon went on to work in the furniture department instead of checkout. Sarah still found ways to mess with him there, such as purposefully spelling his name wrong on messages she took. Conner was able to throw the teasing right back at Sarah. Eventually, they went their separate ways with jobs and college, very rarely texting each other to catch up. It was one of these times, when Sarah sent Conner a random tiktok about coworkers, that they started to talk more. Eventually, the random "we should catch up some time"'s actually turned into them meeting up for a game of disc golf, where Conner absolutely demolished Sarah to her distain. Nothing about that has changed to this day. They saw each other once every few months, including when Conner helped Sarah move. Eventually, Sarah and Conner started to go to Union together, and through this got to know each other better in their faith. After years of knowing each other, Sarah and Conner became interested in dating each other. Eventually, they made it official when Conner asked Sarah to be his girlfriend at Lavender Life Company on June 27, 2024. Their love grew and grew as they got to know each other more and more. This later also became the place where Conner proposed on May 10, 2025.
