We met at Bowley's on the Bay where we both worked at. We would always pass each other by making eye contact but never had a full conversation. Except for when we worked on shift together one night. I remember sitting on the back kitchen steps together (us barely knowing each other) but already confessing our love and how we felt we were meant to be and worked so well together. Now here we are two years later with our beautiful son, Knox, and about to officially say yes to spending the rest of our lives loving each other and growing our family <3
Since we first met, we ALWAYS talked about getting married. One day we were in the mall while I was pregnant, and we went into a jewelry store, and I saw this engagement ring and immediately fell in love. Conner just kind of brushed it off but as we were leaving, he said he needed to run back in because he couldn't make it home to use the bathroom. He proceeded to come back out and tell me this whole story about how two guys started fighting in the bathroom & he had to help break it up when in reality he was really buying the ring. To me, it sounded like something out of a movie, but I didn't think twice and just went to believe him LOL. A few weeks went by, and it was the day of our gender reveal. I remember standing there watching the fireworks, looking up and finding out we were having a boy then turning to look at Conner and he was on one knee asking me to be his wife.
