Conner and I met our Freshman year of college at Clemson University. One of my roommates was Conner's cousin. Conner was also close friends from home with two girls that lived across the hallway from me. Eventually we all started spending time together and we became apart of the same friend group. These were some of my best memories of college, all spending endless hours together, laughing and having the time of our lives. It wasn't until near the end of Freshman year that we started to become closer and closer. One night we spent hours playing games and laughing the night away with all our friends in my apartment living room. Slowly the night started to fade away and everyone started to head off to bed. That night Conner and I stayed up all night long just talking the night away. It was one of the sweetest things and in that moment I knew that this was the man for me. A few weeks later on March 28th, 2017 Conner asked me to be his girlfriend.

On January 23rd, 2021 Conner got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. We had both graduated from Clemson University, adopted our sweet puppy, Peach, and moved to Hershey, PA to begin our careers. It was a snowy Saturday and Conner had planned a skiing trip for us at Round Top Ski Resort in Harrisburg, PA. We spent the whole day skiing, snowboarding, and talking by the fire pit. After a long day, we walked back to our car at the foot of the mountain. I took off my ski gear and got in the passenger seat of the car while Conner stayed by the trunk of the car removing his gear. It seemed like he was taking forever and I started to hear noises coming from the trunk like he was moving stuff around. He called for my help saying "there was something wrong with the car". I quickly ran to the back of the car and found Conner on one knee. I said YES and the rest is history!
