What if I do not book through the room block?

Answer

Guests are charged $225.00 per person to attend the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception if they do not utilize the room block. ***We understand that there were issues with the original room block. Please communicate with Jessica or Conner and they will reach out to the wedding coordinator.***

Do I have to stay at Hacienda Encantada to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes, in order for you and your guest (if applicable) to attend the wedding you are required to stay at Hacienda Encantada.

When do I have to book my room to get the discounted rate?

Answer

Rooms must be booked by 3/27/2026.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to celebrate with us. Please make sure you add them to your RSVP so that they are included in the guest count.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation or RSVP. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those listed attend.
