When should I fly to Seville Spain for the wedding?

Answer

You should plan to begin your travels on either October 10 or October 11 from the USA to Seville, Spain. Generally, flights leaving on October 10 will arrive in Seville, Spain on October 11 and flights leaving October 11 will arrive in Seville, Spain on October 12. The first wedding even will be the Seville Welcome party held on the evening of Tuesday, October 13.

Is Seville, Spain and Trujillo, Spain the same city?

Seville and Trujillo are different cities. Trujillo is about 2 1/2 hours north of Seville. Room and board reservations will have to be made for Seville and Trujillo separately.

For the two wedding parties, the attire will be a Spain-influenced festive business casual

Saturday October 17 there will be a bus that heads back to Seville and their will be a bus that heads to Madrid for our guests to either fly back to the USA or continue their European travels.

Will we need to get a place to stay the night of October 17 when the buses arrive back in Madrid or Seville?

Answer

Yes, guests will be responsible for their room and board for Saturday October 17 whether they are in Madrid or Seville. Most flights back to the USA or to other cities in Europe will likely need to be booked for October 18.
