Can I bring in my own drinks?
Answer
In accordance with our venue’s rules, outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Only non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Please be sure to follow this policy, as failure to do so may result in being asked to leave. We appreciate your cooperation!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
In order to accommodate all of our guests comfortably, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or any additional guests beyond those specified when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question
Can we leave our car at the venue overnight if we end up getting a ride home?
Answer
All cars must be off the property by midnight, so please make arrangements to ensure this is taken care of ahead of time. There is a designated spot across the highway in the old Hunt Orchard parking lot but neither us or the venue are responsible for damages.

What kind of bar is it?
Answer
Just a heads-up, we’ll be having a cash bar at the event. Please bring cash or cards to enjoy drinks throughout the evening. We will have an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages available at no cost throughout the night.

Will there be a cocktail hour?
Answer
As we plan to have most of our photos and preparations done before the ceremony, we won’t be having a cocktail hour. We recommend having a light snack beforehand to hold you over until dinner. We appreciate your understanding!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by September 1st, 2025. To help us provide an accurate count for our vendors, we kindly ask that you RSVP by this date. If we do not receive your response by September 1st, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark it as not attending. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love having little ones around, we are keeping the number of children attending to a minimum to stay within our venue’s capacity. When you submit your RSVP, it will specify if your children are invited. Please be sure to check the RSVP to confirm this information. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
The wedding ceremony begins at 4pm, we suggest arriving around 3:30pm to ensure that you can get parked and seated prior to the time it begins.
