Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin around 4:00pm. Please check the weather if you are driving in and allow ample amount of time for parking and locating your seat. We want everyone comfortable before saying "I DO!"

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Yes but we ask that your cell phones are silenced. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture the moment for all of us! If you are taking pictures, we ask that you are kind and mindful to others around you.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is business casual. The grounds are a little uneven and the venue sits on the hills on Manitou so please wear the appropriate shoes. Feel free to change your shoes after the ceremony to get down on the dance floor! Finally, of course, it is April in Colorado so please be prepared for weather.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received an invite that states your name followed by "guest" then you are allowed a plus one.

Are children invited?
Answer
As much we would love to have all the kiddos there, only our nieces and nephews are in the wedding and ones that are over the age of 13 are allowed to attend. If you are unable to find childcare AND are in the wedding party, please reach out to us and we will accommodate!

What if I forget to RSVP?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by the date which is March 7th, 2025.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the terrace. The cocktail area will have a fireplace and heaters, weather permitting. The reception will take place inside the building. In case of inclement weather, the entire event will be moved indoors.

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! The venue has a large parking large for wedding guests only. If you are staying in Manitou, we highly encourage you to walk to the venue or carpool!

What should I do in the event I am no longer able to attend?
Answer
We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change so we can make the necessary updates with our venue/catering teams.
