Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will take place at the Church of Saint Rocco in Glen Cove, NY. The wedding will begin at 10:00 AM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP using the mail-in cards by July 16th. When filling out the RSVP please indicate the names as listed on the addressed envelopes.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course we welcome guests with children. We ask that any children attending be indicated on the RSVP card so that we may have an accurate head-count.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a hotel block for our wedding. Please refer to the Travel/Hotel tab for more information on how to book.

What can I expect at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding will be a Nuptial Mass, celebrated in the Extraordinary form of the Roman Catholic Rite, often called the "Latin Mass". The service will be entirely in Latin, with beautiful musical accompaniment. A homily will be said by the Priest in English and Italian. A booklet will be provided at the Church to assist you in praying this mass with us as we begin our marriage!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We are looking forward to celebrating our special day with all of you. We ask that those coming to the wedding mass arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony.

Do I have to come to the Church?

Answer

We are very happy to be hosting a lovely reception to celebrate the beginning of our marriage with our friends and family. That said, we do ask that before the party, you join us in prayer at the church service.

Where is the reception?

Answer

Our reception will be at the Westbury Manor about 15-20 minutes from St. Rocco's on Jericho Turnpike. There is about an hour gap between the ceremony and reception. If you arrive early to the Westbury Manor, guests are welcome to relax in the Polo Lounge at the Manor before cocktail hour at 12:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you dress in a formal, or semi-formal attire. Men are asked to wear a jacket and tie at the Church, and women are asked to dress in a similarly modest style.
