The Los Cabos International Airport is located just 8 miles north of San Jose del Cabo, where the wedding weekend will take place. Please note, that Mexico has a new 1 device (laptop or tablet) per passenger policy. If you plan on bringing 2 devices you may be subject to an import tax of ~20% of the purchase price of the additional item. Due to local union laws, Ubers are not allowed to pick up riders at this airport. You can take a taxi (cash or card is accepted) or pre-arrange transportation. For reference, our taxi ride from the airport to Cabo Azul in February was $55 USD. How to get around Cabo
We recommend using Uber to get around Cabo. The prices are reasonable (cheaper than the US) and we have done this on past trips with no issues. The only place where Uber cannot pick you up is the airport, where we recommend either taking a cab or pre-arranging transportation. Taxis are also available, the hotels and restaurants around Cabo can request taxis on your behalf. If you plan on taking taxis around Cabo, have some cash (USD or Pesos) on hand as not all taxis accept card.
