We found out our families (Jack's mom and Colleen's aunt) had known each other for years due to the Down Syndrome Community. * 04/27/2017 Finally met in person and went on our first date! * 05/03/2017 Jack introduced Colleen as his "girlfriend" for the first time. * 11/01/2020 We got our first apartment together! * 07/16/2023 Jack proposed! * 07/27/2024 Our Wedding Day
