What should we wear?

Answer

Casual attire! Sundresses encouraged. Jeans and boots welcomed. The venue is an indoor/outdoor barn venue with many gravel paths.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We sent out invites to the children of family members or wedding party members first. If your kiddo wasn't mentioned by name on your invitation, please don't bring them! If you believe we've made a mistake, please reach out sooner rather than later.

Will there be food?

Answer

We are catering Hickory House BBQ at the wedding. There will be a BBQ buffet (choice of chicken, brisket, or pulled pork) as well as dessert (Bundtinis) and drinks.

Can I bring my RV/camper?

Answer

Yes! Casey Jones Park in Elizabeth (https://elizabethpr.com/caseys-rv-hideaway) and Elbert County Fairgrounds (https://www.elbertcounty-co.gov/440/Campgrounds) both have options available at a low cost.

Question

The hotels seem far away... is there anywhere closer to stay?

Answer

There are several AirBnBs closer to the venue. There are also a few campgrounds nearby if you would like to bring an RV or camper!

Question

Will there be transportation to/from the hotel?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation to or from the hotels. Please plan for at least one person in your party to be a designated driver or carpool with another group!
