Celebration Time!

We met 30 years ago this year! We went to the same school and had all the same classes and grew up within blocks of each other. At one point we also lived in the same apartment complexes and my dad used to make Josh root beer floats. We each took turns chasing each other at the wrong times until the stars aligned and fate was ready. From the first moment on it was clear that there was something special there and neither of us have looked back since.

Josh had a huge elaborate proposal set up for Erica with all of our family and friends invited. But, the day we had scheduled house cleaners and carpet cleaners, he LOST the ring!!! In a panic he woke Erica up at 530 am to help him search for her own ring! In a fit of laughter after finding it they sat together on the bed and he told her everything and with shaking hands asked her to be his forever.

We eloped! We ran away to a place that we love so much. Las Vegas! We partied with our closest friends and family that could make last summer. We had Elvis walk Erica down the aisle and croon us with our favorite hits! Afterwards we had a beautifully delish feast and then wandered the strip for the night! What a way to start a marriage!
