Yes! We’ve arranged transportation to make sure our out of town guests arrive on time for our special day. Pick-Up Locations: 🚍 Inn at Celebration (First stop) 🚍 Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossings (Second stop) Pick-Up Time: Shuttles will begin pick-up at 3:30 PM EST at the Inn at Celebration, then proceed to the Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossings before heading to the wedding venue. Guests will arrive at the venue between 4:45–5:00 PM, just in time for the ceremony. Return Transportation: Shuttles will also be available at the end of the night to take guests back to the same locations. Exact departure times will be announced during the reception. So sit back, relax, and let us handle the ride—just bring your best dance moves! 🚎✨ 🚗 Driving Yourself? If you’d prefer to drive, you’re more than welcome to! However, all vehicles must be removed from the venue property by the end of the night—cars cannot be left overnight. 🍾 Plan Ahead for a Fun (and Safe) Night! We want everyone to have an amazing time celebrating with us, and that includes getting home safely! If you plan on enjoying adult beverages, we highly encourage taking the shuttle or arranging a designated driver. Let’s keep the party going without any worries! 🎉🚎💛 ❗ Please Note: Transportation will only be provided for the wedding day. The ceremony and reception will be at the same location with on-site parking.
We are kindly requesting an unplugged wedding ceremony. There is going to be a professional Photographer and Videographer to capture the moment. This is a ceremony in which the couple requests that guests put away cell phones, cameras, and any other devices in order for them to be present in the moment.
