Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before or by our deadline of January 3rd, 2022. Think about it like this...New Year - RSVP to Mel and Ryan's Wedding! ;)

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal! However, please note that the Ceremony is outside. Being that January in California can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing a blanket or a warm jacket to stay cozy!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony! The ceremony starts promptly at 4 PM.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Both of our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. Parking will be available across the street at the Sunol Train Station.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love kids, we are limiting our guests and hope you'll enjoy a night on the town! In traditional wedding fashion, invitations are addressed to the guests who are invited. If the subject line of your virtual invite says "Mr & Mrs" or "Mr & Mr" rather than "The Family of", it's your ticket to a kid-free evening!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the Subject Line on your online invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer it if it was just you.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

The venue requires that we do not bring any outside alcohol to the property. Please note that there will be wine, beer, champagne, non-alcoholic drinks (lemonade, soda, iced tea, water, coffee & tea), and two signature cocktails selected from the bride and groom!

Question

What food will there be?

Answer

TBD - BUT there will be a starter salad and a buffet with chicken, red meat, vegetables, and a couple of sides. During cocktail hour, appetizers will be passed out to guests. Dessert will be cake along with a dessert bar and a sweet surprise later in the evening!

Question

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the hotel, we have a bus that will drive people from the AC Pleasanton Hotel to Casa Bella Event Center at 3:15 PM. There will also be a return bus that will take people back at the end of the night at 10:15 PM.

Question

Do you have any hotel or airport recommendations?

Answer

Please click on the Travel button near the top of the webpage for our hotel and airport recommendations! We have a hotel block at AC Hotel in Pleasanton!
