What Days Should I Plan on Taking off Work?

Answer

We planned our wedding in Oaxaca to share a part of our culture with our friends and family. we understand that many of you cannot take too much time off of work so if you are only attending the wedding then 4 days from the 16th to the 19th (two travel days with 2 for the wedding activities) is whats necessary. However, we would like to invite you all to stay for a few days after the wedding for some activities around the state of Oaxaca. Things on our activities list are Mezcal tasting in Matatlan, visiting the ancient Zapotec ruins of the city of Monte Alban, and the petrified waterfalls at Hierve el Agua just to name a few.

¿Qué Días Debería Planear Tomarme Libres En El Trabajo?

Planeamos nuestra boda en Oaxaca para compartir una parte de nuestra cultura con nuestros amigos y familiares. Entendemos que muchos de ustedes no pueden tomarse mucho tiempo libre del trabajo, así que si solo gustan asistir a la boda, serán 4 días del 16 al 19 (dos días de viaje y dos para las actividades de la boda). Sin embargo, nos gustaría invitarles a quedarse unos días después de la boda para algunas actividades en el estado de Oaxaca. Algunas cosas en nuestra lista de actividades son provadas de mezcal en Matatlán, visitar las antiguas ruinas zapotecas de la ciudad de Monte Albán y las cascadas petrificadas de Hierve el Agua, solo por nombrar algunas.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request semi-formal attire. Please avoid wearing white, although white dress shirts for men are acceptable. Refrain from wearing shorts, flip-flops, or revealing clothing, as it will be a church wedding. Thank you!
