When, where, & what time is the Ceremony & Reception at?
Answer
Ceremony and reception are both at Lavender Ridge Wedding Venue in Reno Nevada on May 9, 2026. Ceremony starts at 3:30pm. Address is 7450 W 4th St, Reno, NV 89523

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time to park, find a seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 3:30pm.

What is the attire?
Answer
Cocktail/semi-formal. Think springtime chic: something nice, but also comfy and don't forget a jacket in case it gets cool! The grounds of the venue are stone pavers, so while it's not grass, those skinny heels might still struggle. 😅

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. If for some reason the weather has a different agenda, then everything will be moved indoors.

What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
The sooner the better for venue and catering purposes, but please RSVP no later than March 15, 2026.

Can I bring my kids or a guest?
Answer
We wish we could have everyone, but due to space we ask that only those listed on your invite are the ones to come.

Is it okay to take pictures?
Answer
We ask that the ceremony is unplugged, meaning no photos or videos! But any other time, yes the more pictures the better!

Will food be served during cocktail hour?
Answer
Cocktail hour will include drinks and mingling while we take photos. Dinner will be served shortly after, so come ready to sip and socialize!

What kind of dinner will be served/Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Answer
Dinner will be buffet style featuring BBQ chicken and tri-tip, along with plenty of delicious sides to fill your plate. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please note them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly!

Can I bring my own drinks?
Answer
You’re welcome to bring something to share! All outside beverages must be served by the bartender at the bar. No self-serve coolers or bottles, please.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, but parking is limited. Carpooling or ridesharing is encouraged!

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
Unfortunately, no vehicles can be left overnight at the venue. Please plan a safe ride home.

Will there be transportation provided between a specific hotel and the venue?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. We weren’t able to find a hotel that offers shuttle service to the venue, so please plan accordingly when coordinating your ride to and from the venue.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The closest airport is Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO), located about 15 minutes from the venue. The airport offers convenient car rental options, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Choose whichever is most convenient for you!

Where to stay?
Answer
Boomtown is just 7 minutes from the venue, and Downtown Reno is only 10 minutes in the opposite direction. Both areas offer plenty of hotel options. For specific recommendations, check out the "Travel" tab on our website!
