Question

How do I reserve a cabin?

Answer

You do not need to reserve a cabin and there is no fee for the cabins! Just check the "I will be lodging at Camp Starfish" on your RSVP so I know you need a cabin. Please keep in mind this is a CAMP site first and foremost. It is a step up from camping in a tent, but the cabins essentially include twin sized beds, dressers, usually ONE outlet each, and a couple of windows. They are generally spacious but if you require a bigger bed, I suggest bringing an air mattress or sleeping bags. Once you arrive to camp, there will be a check in tent. You will grab your cabin assignment and a welcome bag that contains some goodies and some information about camp.

Question

What cabin am I assigned? Can I stay with my friends?

Answer

You will know the number of the cabin and get a map when you 'check in' at Camp Starfish. I am assigning the cabins so I will be sure to put you with friends or family. If you have a request, get in touch with the couple directly.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking for everyone. Please be advised, this is a camp. You will be parking on grass and walking on some dirt pathways.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, you will need to drive in from your hotels. However, once you arrive to camp, everything is located on camp grounds and the ceremony and reception locations are a 30 second walk away. If you or someone in your party needs accommodations, please let us know. We will have golf carts available for those guests who have trouble walking around the grounds.

Question

I'm not staying overnight. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Day guests should arrive prior to 4PM and begin seating. Ceremony will take place around 4:15.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal or formal. Please be advised there is some dirt pathways. I advise bringing a spare change of shoes (flats, sandals, flip flops) if you are planning on wearing heals.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than July 21st.

Question

Question

What time is check in and check out?

Answer

Check in is 4-5PM on Friday and if you arriving on Saturday it is between 11AM and 12PM. You NEED to check in within these hours, or there will not be anyone to greet you and give you your cabin assignment. If you need other arrangements, get in contact with us ASAP.
