Lynchburg is the closest city that many of the hotels and accommodations will be located at. Lynchburg also has an Amtrak station as well as a small airport (that connects only to Charlotte Douglas International Airport) and is located approximately 20 minutes away from the venue.
As for day of, the venue does not have ample parking and we are prioritizing close family and friends who are there to help set up day of for parking on the venue. If possible, please carpool or Uber from a public parking lot or from your hotel or accommodations.
If neither of those options work for you, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
